On June, 2022, Helena Roux and Giorgia Cestaro participated to the 2nd General States of Industrial Heritage in Rome, organized by AIPAI (Associazione Italiana per il Patrimonio Archeologico Industriale). They presented comparative research on industrial heritage reuse in the frame of mega-events, using Beijing 2022, London 2012, and Torino 2006 as a case study.
The conference was the occasion to meet with professors specialized on industrial heritage issue, in the frame of an international conference which gathered several scholars, mostly from Europe. It resulted in a proceedings publications, were they joint research was published :
